HELP & PRODUCT INFORMATION

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about physical prints, finish, scale, assembly, and ordering.
Are these physical products or digital STL files?

Products sold through the store are physical 3D prints. Digital STL files are not included.

Do products arrive painted?

Unless the individual product page specifically states that painting or priming is included, expect the item to arrive unpainted and ready for hobby finishing.

Will I see layer lines or support marks?

3D printing can leave normal process marks. FDM terrain may show visible layer lines, while resin miniatures can show small support-contact marks. Product descriptions should identify the material and expected finish.

How do I know the scale?

Check the product description and available variants for scale information. For terrain, dimensions and footprint information should be used when available because different sculptors can interpret nominal gaming scales differently.

Will assembly be required?

Some terrain and miniatures are printed in multiple parts and may require assembly. When assembly is required, use a hobby-appropriate bonding agent such as cyanoacrylate (super glue) unless the product instructions state otherwise.

Who designed the models?

Beyond the Mini prints both its own offerings and applicable commercially licensed creator designs. Creator credit and licensing information is shown on relevant product listings.

How long will my order take?

Processing time can vary by product, quantity, and current production workload. Use the timing shown on the individual product page and at checkout as the current estimate for your order.

Can I ask about a different scale or finish?

Yes. Contact Beyond the Mini before ordering with the product name and the scale or finish you have in mind. Availability depends on the specific model and its licensed design options.

What if I have a question before ordering?

Use the Contact page with the product name or link. Including the intended game, scale, or table size helps us answer product-fit questions accurately.
