OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Beyond the Mini. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Beyond the Mini.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced on our website, including our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Please review these terms before using our website or placing an order. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the website or purchase products through it.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate applicable laws in connection with your use of our website or products.
You must not transmit malicious code, viruses, or other material intended to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, licensing restrictions, or misuse of our services.
2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
Beyond the Mini sells physical 3D-printed tabletop terrain, miniatures, accessories, and related hobby products.
Unless a product listing explicitly states otherwise, all purchases are for physical products only. STL files, digital models, print files, and other digital assets are not included.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. Colors and appearance may vary depending on photography, lighting, display settings, filament or resin batches, and other manufacturing variables.
Product availability, specifications, pricing, and descriptions may be changed when necessary.
3. 3D-PRINTED PRODUCTS
Unless specifically stated otherwise, products are supplied unpainted and may require assembly.
3D printing naturally produces certain manufacturing characteristics. FDM-printed products may exhibit visible layer lines, seams, or small surface variations. Resin-printed products may exhibit minor support-contact marks or similar characteristics resulting from the printing and preparation process.
Reasonable characteristics inherent to the 3D-printing process are not necessarily product defects.
4. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
Many Beyond the Mini products are produced after an order is placed.
Processing times shown on product pages are estimates based on normal production conditions. Large terrain sets, unusually large or complex models, high-volume orders, custom work, and painted products may require additional production time.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.
5. SCALE AND DIMENSIONS
Hobby scale descriptions such as 25mm, 28mm, 32mm, and similar terminology are approximate tabletop scale references and do not necessarily represent an exact physical measurement of every part of a model.
Exact dimensions vary by design. When dimensions are important to your purchase decision, please review measurements provided on the applicable product page or contact Beyond the Mini before ordering.
6. PRODUCT USE AND ASSEMBLY
Our products are intended primarily for tabletop gaming, modeling, hobby, and display purposes.
Some products may contain small, thin, pointed, or delicate components and should be handled appropriately.
Customers are responsible for using appropriate tools, adhesives, paints, primers, protective equipment, ventilation, and other suitable safety practices when assembling, painting, sanding, cutting, modifying, or otherwise working with products.
Beyond the Mini is not responsible for damage to a product resulting from improper assembly, modification, sanding, cutting, heating, painting, gluing, storage, misuse, or other alterations performed after delivery.
7. THIRD-PARTY CREATOR DESIGNS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Certain physical products offered by Beyond the Mini are manufactured and sold under commercial licenses from independent designers and creators.
Copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual-property rights associated with those underlying designs remain the property of their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a physical product from Beyond the Mini does not transfer ownership of any underlying digital design and does not grant the purchaser STL files, digital models, reproduction rights, redistribution rights, commercial printing rights, resale manufacturing rights, or other intellectual-property rights.
Beyond the Mini branding, original photographs, original written content, graphics, and other original store materials may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without authorization except where permitted by law.
8. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated by the store and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, incorrect prices, promotions, or other errors. If a material error affects an order already placed, we may contact the customer to resolve the issue or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.
Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.
9. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Our current cancellation, return, and refund conditions are described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Where our store’s return rules permit cancellation within a specified period, cancellation requests must be submitted within that period. Because many products are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellation after the applicable cancellation window has passed or production has begun.
Custom, personalized, commissioned, modified, or custom-painted products may have different return eligibility as described in our Return & Refund Policy and as permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
10. SHIPPING
Processing times, shipping rates, tracking, address requirements, carrier delays, lost-package procedures, and shipping-damage procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, circumstances outside Beyond the Mini’s control may affect transit time.
11. CUSTOM WORK
Custom scaling, painting, priming, modification, commissions, and other personalized services may be subject to additional specifications, pricing, production times, and terms agreed upon before production begins.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming requested specifications when applicable.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may use or provide access to third-party services, payment providers, shipping carriers, applications, or websites.
Third-party services are subject to their respective terms and policies. Beyond the Mini is not responsible for third-party websites or services except to the extent required by applicable law.
13. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or its content to engage in unlawful activity; infringe intellectual-property rights; submit false or misleading information; distribute malicious software; interfere with website security or functionality; scrape, reproduce, or exploit store content for unauthorized commercial purposes; or attempt to circumvent security features.
14. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions and reliable service. However, except for warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beyond the Mini will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Beyond the Mini harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective unless terminated by either you or Beyond the Mini. We may restrict or terminate access to our services when these Terms are materially violated, subject to applicable law.
Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination will survive where appropriate.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The version published on this website will be the current version.
Continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements through which Beyond the Mini provides products or services will be governed by the laws applicable to Beyond the Mini and the transaction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights or other laws that apply to the customer.
