Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Beyond the Mini. If you need to request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it and must not have been painted, primed, glued, assembled, modified, or otherwise altered after delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when the return is due to an error on our part.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions. Returns sent without first contacting us may experience delays in processing.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. Because many of our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed. After the cancellation window has passed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number along with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Minor layer lines, support marks, or other characteristics associated with the 3D-printing process are normal and are not considered defects.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, specially commissioned, and custom-painted products generally cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us if you have an issue with a custom order.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
